MERINO WOOL JACKETS & VESTS

The name WoolCloud given to our proprietary, American made Merino Wool jackets and vests, is derived from what the name implies: A cloud of protective and warming wool, at one moment implying the lightness of a feather and the warmth of the densest Merino Wool fleece clip. The idea behind WoolCloud came from some simple questioning of the status quo, down (bird feather) fillers or the even lesser synthetic jacket fillers found everywhere on the market today. Both of these inferior options run the risk of getting totally water logged or compressed into a place they can’t functionally recover from, losing all the insulation benefits one hopes to possess when wearing a jacket. So we thought to ourselves, “Why couldn’t we create an alternative using our premium Merino Wool and our high quality American made supply chain?” And so we did, forging the WoolCloud line, rip-stop-lined bestseller every single year thanks to a surprising weight-to-warmth ratio that never ceases to surprise in its no-bulk efficiency. You’ll find yourselves wondering, as we do, “How is this thing so dang warm?” Try a jacket or vest for yourself to feel the power of our Merino Wool fill material first-hand.
