We accept returns within 30 days of order fulfillment. Items must 1) be in their original condition (unwashed, no hair/dirt), 2) have the hang tags still attached, and 3) be neatly folded and packaged. We cannot accommodate returns for opened briefs.
If you have received a defective garment or a garment that has not held up to the Duckworth standard, please use the return portal to file a warranty claim. Select "Warranty Claim" as your return reason, and we will reach out to you after we review. Please note that warranty claims may take up to 7 business days to review.
Our simple 5-step return process:
- Please visit our return portal and enter your order number and zip code/ email.
- Select which item(s) you would like to exchange/return.
- On exchanges or site credits, return shipping is FREE.
- On refunds, a processing fee of $14 will be deducted from your order refund total.
- We will send a confirmation email once we receive the item(s).
HOLIDAY RETURNS: November 13th kicks off our Holiday returns window. Any order placed on or after November 13th, 2025 will be able to submit a return form until January 15th, 2026.
If a return does not meet Duckworth's return standards, we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution. This may include denying a refund, offering partial credit (such as 50% of the return value), or a similar alternative.
Examples of noncompliance include, but are not limited to: signs of wear or use, stains, odors, inaccurate return reasons, or sending back items that are not Duckworth products. Final judgment on noncompliance rests with Duckworth.
